Cancellations

We understand that sometimes things change, and will always do our best to support you in what we know can be such a difficult time.

Due to the nature of our consultations, appointment cancellations can impact our ability to meet the needs of other clients. Cancellation fees may apply in some instances.

For appointments canceled less than two hours prior to a scheduled start time, a fee of $155 will be charged. This helps account for any travel costs incurred by our vets who may already be on the road, as well as for administration consultation time.

For appointments canceled with more than two hours notice, a full refund (minus a small administration fee) will be issued via bank transfer within 2-3 business days.

To postpone or cancel an appointment, please call 1800 368 763. If you do not reach our office staff, please leave a detailed voice message and/or email us at info@sunsetvets.com.au.

Thank you to the extraordinary team at Sunset Vets who provided a high level of care and compassion when we recently had to say goodbye to our 14-year-old girl, Jewel. Allowing her to go at home in familiar surroundings made the process less stressful for her, our younger dog and ourselves.
