Such an amazing, wonderful and supportive team. Saying goodbye to my little girl was hard, but the Sunset team took so much of the burden. They helped arrange cremation at a time when I could barely get 2 words out between sobs and were patient and helpful when I changed my mind about what time I wanted them to come. I will sing their praises until I'm hoarse and will tell everyone I meet.

Absolutely outstanding care, compassion and support given by Dr Jackie and her team! Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for making a very difficult time much more bearable with such care :)

Thank you so much for looking after our family so well over the past years. Thank you for helping us through this most difficult decision and process. Your sensitivity and professionalism helped so much. The pain and the emptiness is almost unbearable but we have so very many happy, happy memories to treasure. Guess we'll just have to bring in the mail and the papers ourselves now! With thanks again.

Your compassion and support helped us navigate what was for us a truly traumatic day and for that we will be forever grateful. So thankyou to the whole team for everything you have done as well as all the knowledge you have shared which enabled us to give Eddie such a happy and healthy life.

Thank you to the extraordinary team at Sunset Vets who provided a high level of care and compassion when we recently had to say goodbye to our 14-year-old girl, Jewel. Allowing her to go at home in familiar surroundings made the process less stressful for her, our younger dog and ourselves. Special thanks to Ashlee for her compassionate manner on the phone (who arranged this for us at short notice)... and Dr Jan who was gentle and caring when it mattered most.
