Clinic Feedback
Thank you so much for your recent wonderful care of one of our clients and her much-loved dog Bunnie.
We were unfortunately unable to see them in the clinic for a goodbye at the time they needed, and I recommended they reach out. They were seen by a beautiful Vet of yours called Dr Julia.
The client said your whole team were just wonderful, caring, patient and empathetic. The client Fiona is actually an ex human palliative care nurse and was so impressed at the care she her dog both received.
I just wanted to pass on this feedback. Thank you for your care of this family. They were really special to us as a clinic. xx

Our Client Brochures encourage your clients to reach out to us as soon as they are referred, even if a visit is not yet required. Our care team are then able to provide guidance through the decision making process and help plan and support for the best possible goodbye.
Sunset Vets are proud to provide Australia’s only complimentary counselling sessions for any one in need of Pet Loss Specific Grief Support. The service can be accessed either before or after saying goodbye, and sessions are typically scheduled within seven days of referral.
Sometimes making that first phone call is the hardest part, and if the news is unexpected it can be difficult to talk at all.
If your clients need us to make the first contact, either by phone or email, just send us their details and we will take care of the rest.
